Ruhe.Punkt. ist kein Kurs, in dem du etwas leisten musst. Es ist eine Auszeit, in der du mit den H\u00e4nden arbeitest, den Kopf losl\u00e4sst und Punkt f\u00fcr Punkt etwas entstehen l\u00e4sst, das wirklich aus dir herauskommt.<\/p>\n

Ich male die ganze Zeit mit \u2013 du siehst jeden Schritt, bevor du ihn selbst umsetzt. Kein Vorkurs n\u00f6tig. Kein richtig oder falsch. Die Gruppe ist bewusst klein gehalten \u2013 damit ich wirklich f\u00fcr jede:n da sein kann.<\/p>\n

    Das Material war super sortiert. Julia hat uns jedes Tool vorab erkl\u00e4rt und demonstriert. Die Ruhe, die sie dabei ausgestrahlt hat, hat uns alle entspannen lassen.<\/p>\n
